Analysing a supply and demand alignment proposal: the case of the brazilian industrial gas market

This text aims at analyzing the proposed implantation of a supply-demand alignment system on an important industrial gas company, and in comparing this proposal with the literature related to subject. As result of this comparison, there will be presented suggestions in attempt to validate or improve this implantation. Therefore, this essay offers the reader the opportunity to evaluate the decision taken by the company in relation to the proposal to be implemented, as well as identifying the problems and challenges to be faced. The theoretical aspects concerning the subject are also stressed. Finally, the text presents some referring information to the company, in order to make it possible to the reader a better understanding of the raised objectives and judgment of the pertinent suggestions and conclusions.Downloads
