Abstract

This article discusses this theme aiming to contribute, in some way, to amplify the protection vision of the environment, the small business health and the promotion of the life quality, as well as the security in the work of the hosts who are integrated into the route. For in such a way, it was necessary to identify the relevant aspects of the integrated management of the environment applied to the tourism by means of the bibliography survey, depositions and photography register. The tourist flow increase in some destinies, such as the Route Grastronomy of the Quarta Colônia/RS, signals to the urgency for the establishment of management measures that consider some variables, such as the professionalization of the offering services. The management domain in the sense of leading the process and the activities in order to obtain the natural, social, culture and economic environment sustainability.
