Strucuturing harbour environmental auditory

This study proposes to structure a harbour environmental auditory system in order to minimize environmental and accidental impacts, providing employees and local community well-being. To achieve the main purpose of this paper, which is an interdisciplinary complex problem, was applied the cognitive maps technique to obtain a hierarchical tree to be utilized by other methodology, as an unique synthesis criterion approach.
