Project Management Maturity Model, Maturity Model AssessmentAbstract
This study aims to offer a proposal for a theoretical model for evaluating project management, capable of narrowing a gap observed in the literature with regard to the reconciliation of technical-administrative practices with behavioral aspects. In methodological terms, we employ the Cochrane protocol to support the systematic review. The data were obtained from the Web of Science, Scopus and SciELO databases. We found evidence of gaps in the models and standards of project management maturity, since although projects are carried out by and for people, the behavioral aspects have not been adequately examined. As a contribution, we propose a theoretical framework to support the investigation of project management maturity that conciliates technical-managerial and behavioral aspects.
