Use of tools to analyze the reliability of international inbound logistics of a company in the two-wheel Industrial Polo in Manaus

The article intends to address the impacts brought about by the pandemic context, where manufacturers worldwide have witnessed a great shortage of resources and raw materials for their respective production processes, in addition to impacting the delay time for material arrival. The article aims to analyze the orders and deliveries of international suppliers of a company from the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM) for a time interval between the years 2019 to 2021. To support the chosen methodology, analysis tools mainly used order control diagrams, such as Throughput Diagram (TD) and Order Progress Diagram (OPD). This article is a case study and refers to a mixed, quantitative, and qualitative approach, as it seeks to analyze scenarios based on numerical values and concepts. The study proved to be satisfactory since the proposed objectives were achieved and through the study it was possible to analyze the root causes of the delays in requests through Ishikawa and finally to draw up an action plan for the problem in question.
