Supply chain risks management: a systematic literature review

Debates about supply chain risk management have increased in recent years, both internationally and nationally, due to the risks impact on business performance. Therefore, this article aims to present the main concepts related to supply chain risk management, risk management models, as well as strategies to mitigate them. To achieve so, a systematic literature review was conducted to identify the main research in this regard, in the areas of risk management focused mainly on supply and demand risks, as well as in the search for risk mitigation strategies and techniques. For future work, it is suggested a search for techniques for performance measurement of the proposed mitigation strategies, such as an analysis on a company or value chain, in order to propose and effective risk management model.Downloads
