Gestão logística nas organizações

uma análise do posicionamento temático e agenda de pesquisa

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma análise sobre os tópicos relacionados à gestão logística nas organizações. O estudo visa identificar temas importantes dentro do tópico e estabelecer uma agenda de pesquisa. Empregando uma abordagem bibliométrica, a análise compreendeu a co-ocorrência de palavras-chave e o acoplamento bibliográfico para avaliar a evolução acadêmica do campo ao analisar 466 publicações. Foram utilizadas as bases de dados Web Of Science (WoS) e Scopus. A análise foi realizada utilizando a ferramenta Bibliometrix, através do biblioshiny, lançando mão do software R. Os resultados sugerem que tópicos como sustentabilidade, análise de big data e tecnológica estão surgindo, particularmente, na última década, e demonstram uma tendência de se tornarem os temas dominantes nos próximos anos, assim como aspectos ligados à gestão psicológica nas organizações. Conclui-se destacando a crescente importância dos clusters temáticos relacionados à gestão da cadeia de suprimentos, inovação, gestão de risco e logística humanitária. Por fim, tendo os principais temas mais recentes, é proposta a agenda de pesquisa. Os resultados contribuem para a academia e profissionais, ajudando na compreensão do estado da arte relacionado ao tema da gestão logística nas organizações.

Thiago de Andrade Guedes, Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (UFES), Vitória, ES, Brasil.

Doutorando em Administração pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo. É mestre em Administração pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (2023). Possui graduação em Superior de Tecnologia em Logística pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Espírito Santo (2020). Possui curso técnico em Técnico em Portos pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Espírito Santo (2017). Foi pesquisador de iniciação científica (com bolsa Fapes) no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Espírito Santo (2019) e pesquisador de iniciação científica (com bolsa Ifes) no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Espírito Santo (2020). Foi Colaborador Externo na Editora do Ifes. Possui interesse em pesquisas relacionadas a Marketing, Comportamento do consumidor, Place Branding, Logística, Educação e Métodos estatísticos.
