Indicadores de desempenho na logística humanitária: um estudo teórico sob a ótica green

Resumo

Todo ser humano está vulnerável a presenciar e/ou viver um desastre, sendo ele ocasionado pelo homem ou pela força da natureza. Em consequência, os desastres requerem provisões emergenciais para auxiliar as pessoas, levando em consideração as diversas perdas ocorridas. Assim, torna-se importante compreender a logística humanitária de forma holística e a gestão ambiental a ela associada. Este estudo apresenta uma análise das iniciativas associadas às operações humanitárias, dos indicadores ambientais e como eles se relacionam. No que concerne ao método, a pesquisa é baseada em uma revisão de escopo, seguida por uma revisão sistemática de literatura (RSL). Verificou-se que a temática na área de logística humanitária é ainda um desafio, com forte presença da relação entre indicadores ambientais e práticas humanitárias. Pode-se ressaltar os indicadores ambientais de reciclagem e as características do produto como os mais correlacionados às práticas de logística humanitária selecionadas da literatura; todavia, alguns indicadores não foram mencionados, como o desmatamento ilegal, quantidade de água, consumo de água, resíduos sólidos, reflorestamento e ameaças à conservação da floresta. A partir desses resultados, pode-se concluir que, embora indicadores de desempenho ambiental sejam de extrema relevância, nem todos os indicadores podem ser atribuídos às iniciativas de logística humanitária, incitando diversas oportunidades para pesquisas futuras.
