Produção enxuta em operações de serviços: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

 Este trabalho teve o objetivo de levantar a produção científica relevante sobre a aplicação da produção enxuta em operações de serviços, permitindo identificar lacunas de pesquisa a partir da análise crítica da literatura. Para isso, foram escolhidas as bases de dados Web of Knowledge e Scielo e, após definir os termos de busca e aplicar os filtros de seleção, obteve-se um portfólio de 51 artigos. Constatou-se que o setor de saúde responde pela grande maioria de aplicações práticas e que o estudo de caso tem sido o método de pesquisa mais utilizado nos trabalhos empíricos. Também foi observado que, embora o conceito de produção enxuta seja aceito e disseminado em algumas operações de serviços, a utilização de ferramentas da produção enxuta ainda é muito reduzida. Mesmo considerando os casos de sucesso, poucas evidências têm sido relatadas sobre os limites da aplicabilidade da produção enxuta em operações de serviços.
